Throughout EuroStar's history, the primary focus has been in three core areas. |

Asset Disposal – This service includes the sale of product domestically or internationally, as well as environmentally safe destruction. Regardless of how the product is moved for you, we clearly understand the sensitivity around personal data in handsets. EuroStar will guarantee that all units will be cleared of personal data via manufacturer specific software flashing, or through permanent board destruction. If you wish to ensure that the handsets do not re-enter the market, a certificate of destruction will be provided. However, if you wish to generate additional revenue or reduce expenses, EuroStar's industry reputation and wholesale experience will enable you to receive top dollar for the handsets. This service can be structured in numerous ways, including our willingness to simply purchase the handsets from you. We have options to move the handsets domestically, or on the international market, depending on your requirements.

Kitting and Retail Preparation – This service includes repairing and refurbishing used handsets and packaging them with accessories (such as battery, charger, and manual) in retail ready packaging. For years we have been specializing in this type of product. Through this experience, we have established and refined the repair and refurbishment processes necessary to provide a retail ready handset for your consumers. Our attention to detail in the refurbishment process truly sets us apart. Additionally, we have grown adept at cost-sensitive acquisition of OEM and aftermarket accessories to ensure the quality we demand at the price that satisfies our customers. Utilizing this offering can provide low cost direct sales opportunities, insurance exchange units, and defective handset exchanges (seedstock). |

Triage and Analysis – This service includes receiving verification and RMA management, visual, functional, and RF testing, software flashing, and disposition determination. In order to be effective and successful in our business, it is imperative that we are very skilled and accurate at identifying handset condition quickly and accurately. Shortly after receipt of product, we can provide a disposition report to our customers for informative or decision making purposes. |
