EuroStar is capable of receiving individual units or large volume shipments directly from a distribution center, retail outlets, or the end consumer. We can also return units in similar fashion to varied locations in multi-unit handset only packaging, individual handset only cartons, or in full kit retail boxes.

While handsets are in-house, we have programs to address the following types of returns:

	Dead On Arrival (DOA) – DOAs are processed per each manufacturer's specifications to determine eligibility for credit. Eligible units are returned for credit and the process is managed by EuroStar until credit is received. All ineligible units can be repaired, returned, or kitted for resale or exchange.
	Buyer's Remorse (BRE) – BREs will be triaged and tested to determine status and disposition. At that point, BREs will be flashed, refurbished, and repaired for re-kitting, or they will be sold with profits returned to the customer.
	Beyond Economical Repair (BER) – The units that are deemed unrepairable, per cost of repair or extent of damage, will be either sold domestically or internationally, or they will be disposed of in an environmentally sound way.
	Insurance (INS) – Units returned from insurance claims will be triaged and tested to determine disposition. They can be sold, disposed of, or repaired and kitted for resale or exchange.
	End Of Life (EOL) – This grouping includes handset models that have reached the end of their product life cycle for our customer, or exist in overstocked quantity. These handsets will be flashed and sold or disposed of.
	Repair – Handsets that need repair will be repaired by EuroStar, or the OEM, as necessary. We can provide service for all levels of repair that a manufacturer releases to the repair community.
	Kitting – Handsets will be paired with required accessories and put into retail sales package for immediate sale to consumers. Handsets can be kitted in OEM boxes, or in customer specific designs. Either OEM or certified aftermarket accessories are available to complete the kit.
